What does it mean when my plants start turning purple?

my plants all of a sudden start turning purple. is that normal?

At what stage ?...some times its normal...i have purple strains

if its just spots of purple randomly along the plant it could be a phosphorus deficiency.

all the leaves are turning purple. it evenly covers the leaves around the buds

is that being grown outside, because cold temps at night or throughout the day can cause that as well

It is prob because of the temp falling down at night now. If not, than it is a deficeny or genetics.
