What exactly do roots coming out the bottom of pot mean???

Hey guys so I have these 2 random seed plants that were struggling to grow for the past month. I had them first in a small closet so I was trying to LST them but I was able to get a grow tent and so there is no need for that now.
My first question would be how much bigger can these plants get in the pots they are in and with the roots that are peeking out does that mean I need to transplant soon?
I also have some clones in the room that I picked up the other day. It looks to me that these clones were taken from a preflowering mother. Do you think it would be possible to wait for these clones to veg to be big enough to flower them at the same time as the older 2?
Please let me know what you think. Looking to learn as much as I can!

@Bose thanks for the quick reply.
So i was trying to hold out on transplanting till i got the Bloom soil and clones are ready to bloom as well. Or can i transplant the 2 to bloom soil now and still leave them in veg light cycle or will that affect them negatively.?

You can wait for you soil and plant them all together. I'm not sure what bloom soil you refer to. If your light schedule is 18-6 they will remain in veg until you turn back the lights to 12-12
If you transplant them you should give them some time to settle in the new pots before going 12-12

@Bose Bloom soil like some fox farm soil that's good for flowering plants in or something like that. But I'm currently using Roots Organics potting mix. For nutrients I have some Maxigro but I havent actually fed them both because i burnt them a few weeks ago. So I was just watering till they showed some signs of deficiency.

You don't have to wait for a def to show up just start feeding at quarter strength and space your feedings a lil farther apart than you did before .....gradually work your way up on the feedings just don't give as much as when you burnt them .....also keep a detailed journal ...it will help you in the future ......roots coming out the bottom means your pot Is obvious getting full ......if your in veg still just transplant ......if there in flower then you can just carefully cut windows into the sides of your current pots and plant the whole pot and all into larger ones so you don't stress the flowering plant ....I've had to do it over the years with no issues at all ......GL to you
