Week 4, I water till run off. I have given them feed 2 days in a row 500ml per feed only because today is the first day of transitioning into flowering and today's feed had flowering stage nuts. There are a few other plants that have the same symptoms

Looks like over watering, i'd start looking into beneficial bacteria and similar products. Real Growers Recharge works well for root health

I also need to get a dehumidifier but am broke as fuck due to Christmas, do the hanging dehumidifiers that are used for clothes wardrobes work?

When transitioning to flower , you would keep a veg feed instead for the first 2 weeks as it will need the extra nitrogen to branch and stretch. After budsites develop and setup , then you can introduce BLOOM FEED.

A common mistake with growers is feeding bloom too early and plant gets leaf fading too early.
It looks way overwatered too.

What are the details of your grow ?

Lights
Temp
Medium
Nutes
Strain ... auto or photo
Cycle

Etc.

Definitely overwatering, or bad drainage like the above guys have said.
Once I can stick my finger about 3 inches into the soil and feel no moisture, that's when I water.
Definitely need to allow for a wet dry cycle.
Change the watering now, and it should be fine
