what hood/s for my space??????

hey guys, ive got to get 3 girls out of my tent for flowering, and I have a space that measures 3ft x 5.5ft and 7ft high, heat shouldn't be a problem as its brick/concrete and I can extract well, along with the cooler weather we have now, ive powered intake aswell, so im not set on air cooled hoods, I do have an old 600 digi poot light and a 400 hps n cooltube with reflector, lying around, but im interested in what others think, ive been reading a bit about parabolics and how in thinner areas they can promote side growth etc, but I have no experience with them, I normally just go for powerplant aerowings but feel this area might benefit with something else,
any suggestions welcomed
