Remember KISS keep it stupid simple, less is more i am starting to believe. There are so many different nute companies that just want to sell you a product then another and another. All your plant needs to complete a full life cycle is water, growing medium, light, npk (3 elements grouped as one item) and micro nutes like calicum magnesium ect. Get a good but low cost 2 part nute or a good all in one. Some good cheap 2 part nutes are Botanicare, General Hydroponics, Dyna Grow and Fox Farms. A great all in one nute is Hydroponic Research Veg+Bloom. You get calcium magnesium iron potassium ect from a good water, i mix ro and tap water now. There is no need to by all those additives to amend ro water unless your water is really bad. Ro filters are great but remove the good stuff along with the bad. You just need to remove the chlorine and a carbon filter or setting open over night will do that. Dont let nute companies and hydropoinc supplies stores take your money by maki g you think you need all these extra bottles of snake oil.

I use Jacks...some CalMag...and a bud booster that's around 0-15-15 around 2/3 of the way through flower...

In a soil like Happy Frog or Promix BX...soils that have mycorrhiza added...

Jacks is cheap, has no expiration date...and will do everything you want it to do...grow plants like a nursery does.

Why buy expensive shit? You don't need it. You're growing a weed.

man stop feeding your plants in the foxfarm soil forget all together feeding them just use fresh water till the end next time go coco or a good soil that has nothing in it and start fresh with a new line

thank you for the information! nobody experienced around me likes to help me, there are people who have been growing for years that hold back information almost like they enjoy watching my crop fall apart, thank you.

You can, but there's a risk you'll overfeed. Also a risk you'll rush into buying something you'll regret. Take your time and choose something. You don't need the boutique "lineups." NPK is pretty much all the same. I use Grow More Sea Grow. It has some organic ingredients. Cost about $1 per plant, per grow. Many experienced growers use Jack's Classic. I'm growing a plant right now in MiracleGro Tomato just to see how it works. (That's about 30 cents per plant, per grow.). Normally I would vary the NPK ratio with a little All Purpose in veg and Bloom Booster in flower. But, I want to see how it works by itself all the way through.

There's a lot of scammy stuff sold as cannabis fertilizer. You're paying for their arrangement of bottles (in which they hide the resulting NPK ratios). You get locked into something proprietary instead of plug-n-play.
