What is causing this?? Please....

Well my mother is acting up and I don't have the slightest clue as to why? These are pics I took today. I gave her a good dose of just pure water today to see what happens. She normally has very wide spreed out leaves. Not this droopy.



I really appreciate any help. I have been searching and can't find anything that is causing this. Thank you very much.

Thrips. Get some insecticide and spray everywere as well as doing a soil drench

There are no "thrips" in there. The leafs that look to be chewed on are one thats I cut a long time ago and are still growing. What does a soil drench do and how do I do it?

The first thing that comes to mind is maybe she has outgrown her pot. Could it just be over watered.
