What is causing this??

Might be a bit of a burn, what is your setup? ph, nutrients, growing medium, lights

eh, ive come to the conclusion its burn. my temps are normal, i dont have ability to check ph medium..............yeah hate on me, miracle grow. dumb idea lemme tell ya. lights....tons of cfls. but yeah, its burn.....stupid miracle grow time release, you'd think they'd stop burning, its been.....90 days since i put them in that crap. oh well.....next time will b better.

That looks like light burn from the leaves touching the cfl's.

sadly my cfl's hardly ever touch the plants 
and it's doing this all over not just a few leaves, they start looking like that, before you know it they are just yellow and crispy.......cfls are always 1"-2" above or beside plants

i see new growth as the bigger leaves die off tho so i guess thats a good sign

well when i first started this i didnt realize the stuff u needed for a successful grow so ive been adding as i get money. i have fans in my cab, it stays between 70-75F, and as far as watering, ive tried to stick to the "pot feels light/heavy" routine..

had spider mites, they're gone now....bugs make the leaves go all yellow and dry like that? ....

It's hard to tell from the pic, but it looks to me like the "yellow" areas are the ares that were damaged my the pests. And the leaf tip would turn yellow and die, because of the damage near the tip(it killed whatever tip was left, causing it to dry out because it couldn't stay hydrated).
