What is happening

Three of my plants, 2 in pots and 1in the ground are just starting to flower and the buds and surrounding leaves are turning black. Can anyone tell me what is wrong. Thanks. Hope my pic is clear enough. 14403423711761883872064.jpg

Took your suggestion and pulled out a magnifying glass. Still don't think I see bugs. The rest of the plants look awesome. Enough air circulation may be a problem. Corrected. Are there other causes of rot other than air circulation and too much water? I'm new at this. Can you tell?

Just enlarging the pic you attached, I'm seeing little black spots around the bud site. I'd check again for bugs and try to id.
