jail is like p.e. but the teachers dont care what you have to say , the bullies take more then your lunch , and on a good day you can spend 24 hours with only crack heads trying to convince you a car with 7 shades of primer spray paint ups the resell value .

Well I've never been to prison, but I have been to the county jail numerous times. Mostly because of probation violations. That was just dumb young me. I mean considering I'm a female too I don't think my experiences would be the same as yours. Unless of course you're a female. Who knows. Anyways it also has to do with location location location. I mean jail sucks, not because of the people that are in there with you, but because of your life being put on hold. Shit sucks. Food sucks de balls, but again that all depends on location. All in all I wouldn't do it again. FUCKKK THATTTT

dam, jail sounds like it sucks. From growing two plants and having no previous convictions I figure I would face a couple of years probation at the most and a hefty fine.
BIGGEST UNDERSTATEMENT EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!
got sent up for 13 mo.s, it's like being fuckin grounded, but your 25!! (at the time) they tell ya when to eat. go out, go to bed, etc, etc, et fuckin cetera!!!!! I never wanted to actually kill a person, UNTIL I GOT LOCKED UP!!!! then there were guards i would've liked to have killed, other prisoners, even some of my so called friends who left me hangin hi and dry!

hence the problem with the current system...no offense, but the point is to make you behave and not commit more crimes yet it frusturates people more, leaving them more likely to commit crimes than before

Your jail experience is going to be directly related to what jail it is.
I've been in at least 5 different jails, 2 prisons, and been arrested over a dozen times.
Some jails have cold showers, no pillows, zero privacy, and toilets that serve as sinks on top.
Other ones will get you fast food, an open phone line, coffee, and 3 hot meals, along with some T.V. time.
There are also other variables that will pertain to how you experience jail.
For instance, your charges, your arresting officer's evaluation, your cellmate(s),and sometimes jails dabble in "prison" politics.)

If you do find yourself behind bars.........READ.
