Oh and unsalted butter, if you're gonna cook and bake you may as well do it right.

p.s.
if you don't use it, spend the $3 on Parchment paper. Thank me later.

cream for coffee and beer at all times. always cheap frozen burritos in the freezer.

there's also a half used jar of pasta sauce that's over 4 years old that i refuse to throw away because i'm sort of attached to it now.

I have visited my mother's relatives and opened the fridge to confront a sheep's head on one of the shelves. They would dip into the brain cavity and scramble the brains with eggs. Plus they would use the meat around the skull. It's a shocker when you're not expecting it :p

Something I would never expect to see in a fridge.

You ever have the Brother Thelonius? Sooo Good, I like to have one on a sunday before football starts.
Nope. Don't think I've seen anything from that brewery up here. There are some great Belgian-style darks and strongs from some of the many AK breweries. I really liked Midnight Sun's La Maitresse du Moine - but they changed the recipe a bit a few years back and now just call it Monk's Mistress. Fallen Angel is another good one that they invented way back on 6/6/06.
