Hi guys my girls are nearly ready to harvest,I was just wondering what is the best way to dry them?
I was going to hang them in my tent with just a small fan blowing underneath them but not directly on them.

Fans Keeping the Air Moving via Oss Fans,Also the Main Fan, with the Filter is never off unless i'm having a bit of a break.Or for some reason my next set are behind so there is a gap in the next set going into the main room to be flowered.Plus i want any Old air been pulled out the room ,I also run my Inlet just to bring in fresh air,Lights Off ,Hang the plants upside down with all the leaf on ,i Dry Prune,i think too much is wasted by wet trimming.Normally takes around 7 Days to get it to a stage where it can be pruned,Then i put it into Jars and burp the Jars for a couple of week till they are all full of nice dry finished Product.Once i know its 100 % dry ,then i add the seal caps to the jars and seal them of till i need to use it.From my last Grow ,i have around 3 jars of G13bhb 2 jars of Super Haze Left with 2 Oz in each ,but need to open one tonight.Going with the g13 Blueberry Headband ,Just for a Mellow Chill out Buzz,My wife is still hitting the Pineapple Express,She loves the stuff ,really is a great plant for her medical needs.Looking forward into getting my Strawberry Glue ,Dried and Tested.Never through anything away,Beat all the sugar leaf over screens for sift,The stems and leaf i through in with Compost

60% humidity @ low 60°f for temps with a small oscillating fan worked for me.humidifiers running to increase my rh and controlled dehumidifier set to come on @63% rh to knock it back if need be.

I set mine in a dehumidified box set at 60-65rh

I usually let mine dry for 10 to 14 days

Low cool and slow just enough to avoid mold and youll be happy

When you can smoke it in a joint uts ready for the jar

I know many guys that use a veggie machine for drying their weed

I confess as I've not tried any machine dried weed

but am curious

the machine is the same for drying out veggies

When i say a dehumidified box i mean a big panda plastic box big enough to hold my crop and dehumidifier lol

Last drying setup was a 2ft deep by 5ft wide by 6 ft tall wire shelf rack

Coverd with panda and the dehuey on the bottom with a sheild so it didnt blow directly on the buds

Temp and humidity are critical when drying weed to it's best. Fortunately I have a spare bedroom and without the heat it stays about 60 degrees and 50 - 55% humidity this time of year. My winter - Spring dried weed usually dries and tastes better than what I dry in the middle of the summer when the temps are well past 70 and sometimes 80 degrees in the room. But a couple months in jars and it is all good. I like my weed aged a couple of months but after a year it's time to clear the old out.

I'd be weary of anything involving heat or lot's of air. But I'll admit to drying in the microwave, oven, and a food dehydrator when circumstances warranted it. That was years ago but I did it.

Build a box for your summer runs :)

Holy Moly! That's quite a thread. I'm going to have to save that one for a couple beers in the future. How does that keep the temps down when the ambient temperature is 80 plus? I'm thinking I need another air conditioner for the room just for any harvests that happen when it's hot. A cheap window unit and I can keep the temps down. I'll only need to run it for ten days to two weeks anyway.

Then obviously if you can put the box somewhere cool it helps

Like if you have a basement or crawlspace
