What is the LATEST i should start a plant outdoors in miami?

already have a couple growin but i want to put a few more out. I wanted to know if its worth it and if so how tall would they be and how much could i yield?

if you can star them inside then put them out we have little change in our sun cycle the summer solstice was on the 21st of june after that the amount of sun goes down .
