what is the lgeality of cannabis in canada

can i grow weed legaly if i have a medical marijuana licence. and can i get the license with bipolar disorder it is life threatening. i plan on moving to canada when i turn 18 and need to know this stuff. im planning on growing either way but can i grow it legally because if so i can make much better and much more weed. :peace:

you have a better chance winning the lottery, first things first they dont just hand em out to anyone, second especially if your not a Canadian citizen, move to california before Canada

Yeah bro you have a way better chance of it in cali, it'll probably be a lot simpler for you since you don't have to leave the country. I'm sure if you had bipolar and had verification you could get it prescribed, but you have to file a lot of paperwork. Besides cali has all these different types of buds, hashes, edibles, etc. If you like Canada for other reasons (health care, hockey?) then that's up to you, I promise you it is a great country!
