What is this deficiency?

I have 4 that plants in dwc that are 1 week old under 300W of cob vero 29 3000k that are dimmed to around 40%

what are those? I have white bl bleach-like spots and a large brown spot that we can't really see on the picture

They are small enough to turn upside down and dip.
