Is there any damage to your girls? if not leave him be, can't tell much from the pics, but if there is no damage to the plant chances are he is eating other bugs!

What should i do to kill it off. i was reading on them a little and some are good it said. I guess there are a bunch of diff ones but i have ladie bugs that should eat up any eggs. I think he hoped a ride in the house from a plant that was in back yard. I need to find him and kill him.

i believe it is a sinkbug
Do you mean stinkbug? Even magnified it's hard to tell, but it doesn't look like a stinkbug to me. I googled "sinkbug" since I've never heard of one, got a bunch of info on stinkbugs. Free, does it have a hard, flattish looking back or more soft, rounded and plump looking? Is it closer to the size of your fingernail or is it tiny, like a couple millimeters? Looks more like an aphid (soft, plump, tiny), like a pea aphid or soybean aphid, but like I said it's hard to tell from the pic. If there's just that one and you're not seeing any damage it's probably nothing to freak out about. If you're seeing more and more (don't forget to check the underside of your leaves and along stems and stalk), that's something to freak out about. Stinkbugs and other "true bugs" (most people call any true bug a stinkbug) are predatory, they'll eat the things you don't want in your garden. If that's what it is I'd leave it be. If you're finding yourself with an aphid problem, ladybugs will help if you catch it early (they can't eat enough to fix an infestation if it reaches that point). You can also get micro-hymenopterid wasps from your local garden center, they lay eggs in the aphids and the baby eats it's way out. And no, they won't sting people. Good luck.

its not a stink bug, yet. thats a baby, they molt a few times before they turn into the ones most people see. It should be fine, but you could move it out of the garden if you want.
