What is wrong with the leaves on this plant denoted by the red arrow that are shiny and reflective?

out of my 7 plants, only 2 look like this. Out of the 2, this plant looks much more shiny.
I am growing in promix. Its been 42 days since seed in soil.

After reviewing my grow group photos, I noticed that my early plants had similar symptoms. This might have been the case due to high humidity (over 85% in seedling stage) but I am not sure. Most of my plants have bounced back since I transplanted, started using nutrients except for this plant.

Germinated this plant ~ jan 1st
Transplanted this plant on Feb 8, 2020 to a 3 gallon pot.

How close is the light? Try raising those lights. You can download a free lux meter app. I bought one and did a comparison. The phone app is pretty accurate.

I have a dj short blueberry slightly waxy appearing leaves like that. Its a super healthy plant. Yours looks good to me.

You know the industrys got no respect for the breeders when seeds get repackaged and sold with basil seeds mixes in.
