What is wrong with this plant? Mosaic Virus or Alibaba light or something else?

What is wrong with the shrivelled leaves that are turning dark, shiny & reflective? it was initially on one plant and it has spread to my other plants. Could it be the mosaic virus? Could it be the light that I am using?

Its been 55 days since seed placed in soil
The light is 18 inches/45 cm above canopy and i have adjusted the light intensity to low.
I water once every 4-5 days.

also looks like a onset of rootrot

For the size of that plant, there are very few roots visible..... You would have had to cut a healthy plant out because it's roots wouldn't let go.

Also looks like clubfoot. Which could kill off the roots all by itself.

Definitely not mosaic virus. That dirt around the roots looks much too wet. That's not good for the plant. How are you watering? I see you have those fabric pots sitting in trays. Do you let them sit in runoff? It also looks like when you water it's running over the top. The pots in the background have all kinds of dirt on the outside from it spilling out when you water. It's all down the sides and into those trays the pots are sitting in. That plant was probably drowning because it was probably sitting in runoff and never got the chance to dry out. You need to clean that up, change the way you water, and keep the pots elevated so they're not sitting in runoff. Good luck

I water once every 4-5 days. The average humidity is 50-60% with a average temperature of 20-26 C. I noticed that the promix was still wet after the 5th days of no watering. I did the one knuckle test and I found that the plant was still wet. There is about 1-2 inches of hydroton at the bottom of the fabric pot and 1 inch above the promix. I let the pot sit in runoff but the portion that is sitting in the runoff is hydroton and not promix. Is that bad? Do I need to keep the pots elevated in this case? In order to keep the top of the medium dry, I am considering to remove the hydroton as I am using LEDs and not hot HPS/MH lights My back 3 pots have water running off the top as I filled too much soil in those pots. Can I remove some promix from the top at this point or will it shock the plant if I do that for my back 3 pots? Is it bad if I don't clean the back 3 pots?

I'm no pro grower by any means, but if its taking 4-5 days or more before its dry then you may be watering too much at once.
For example if you are watering say 1 gal every 4-5 try using half the current amount on the next watering day which should take 2-3 days to dry out.
I believe a plant in soil shouldn't still be wet for more then 2 days, 3 at most.
So if using half a gal and after 3 days its still wet then lower amount again.
Also raising the pots up out of the run off will help shorten the length of time it takes to dry out too.

I water each 3 gal pot (topped with 1 inch of hydroton and 2 inches of hydroton on the bottom of the pot) with 2 Liters (0.5 gallon) of water(including nutrients) every 4-5 days in a tent having an electric heater and a humidity of 50-60% under alibaba Kingbrite LED lights. I also have 2 6" oscillating fans above the plants that are aimed at the plants. Something is definitely amiss considering the promix remains wet after 5 days but i think I will just remove the hydroton from the top in order to speed up the drying process for the top of my promix. I have observed that the leaves tend to perk up after I water them on the 4th-5th day.

That's interesting, forum members normally say that I should be getting 20% runoff after watering my plants. With 2 liters, I get maybe 10% runoff at most. Yesterday , I removed the clay pellets on top to aid with drying considering I am using an LED light instead of a hot MH or HPS light that would normally dry out my medium after 2-3 days of watering.

If it was me I'd get rid of the hydroton all together...its prob the cause of the soil staying wet so long.
I would replant your plants with some fresh soil...leave some of the old soil around the root ball so it doesn't go into total shock, but after a few days it should pop right back to normal and you wont have to wait as long for it to dry out.
Then just water 0.5L and see how long it takes to go dry again.

Runnoff is ok but don't let the pot sit in the runoff. Dump the drip trays.

Feel the heaviness of the pot after watering. Wait until it feels a lot lighter before watering again.
