Absolutely true for me too.Doing or witnessing a selfless act being done for someone not because you think "you will be blessed" - but simply Because...
I also get this light feeling in my heart when I am around really big trees -- something about big ass trees makes me happy. I lived in the Russian River area, and those Redwoods made me smile a lot. Sigh. I miss that place.
