What kind of bug is this????

And more importantly how do I get rid of them? I've found two of them so far. No idea what they are. These are the best pics I could get with my phone. Help is appreciated.

That looks like a ladybug larvae, they stick to leafs? if so leave em be they are good for your plant......peace
