What kind of defeciency? Overwatering?

I had another topic ( https://www.rollitup.org/marijuana-plant-problems/453826-yellow-leaves-brown-spots-dying.html#post6070437 ) about my plant. It was only certain leaves, and still is happening, but I think the shultz 10-15-10 plant food I bought has slowed it down. The plant food is all mentioned in that topic. Well it did kinda slow it down some of the new leaves on the big plant in that topic are yellow, and some of the fan leaves are yellow but the plant food did slow it down. The one mentioned with pictures in that topic is 8 months old. I have another that's probably 5 or 6 months old that's smaller. Shows the same signs just not as bad as it's in a smaller pot.

I'm noticing that the growth is extremely stunted. I guess at least. The newest leaves are TINY. Not even the ones that are just two leafs, but I have itty bitty baby pot fan leaves all over in where it looks like the buds would form.

I'm thinking it's in pre-flower right now I see some places like on the tops where the bud grows theirs a few hairs, and what looks like is soon going to be bud. Plus the leaves are twisted where the bud will grow. I've also noticed that the stems are purple on most of them now, and the stalk has some purple in it too. I read purple stems could be a Phosphorus defeciency, but I also read it could be because it's cooling off temperature wise.

I'll take some newer better pictures of the stems, the tiny leaves.
Also do you think it could be overwatering due to lack of drainage? I'm afraid the bottom may never become dry because they're in pots. They have drainholes with rocks on the bottom to help them drain. I don't think they're rootbound either.

Well from that I'm guessing it's phosphorus deficiency?
Fan leaves are dark green or red/purple, and may turn yellow. Leaves may curl under, go brown and die. Small-formed buds are another main symptom. Phosphorus deficiencies exhibit slow growing, weak and stunted plants with dark green or purple pigmentation in older leaves and stems.

Ever since I gave them the plant food they have seemed to look ALOT healthier, and greener too. So I dont know if the dark green leaves is because of the plant food, or phosphorus deficiency. Hell it could be the type of strain that has purple stems the leaves could be yellowing due to flowering. I DONT KNOW. I've looked at that page the best I can do is nuke it with stuff I guess it needs...
It could be due to overwatering as well. Should I just plant them out in the woods somewhere, so maybe they can get what they need out in nature? I'm sure they would have plenty of time to recover and bud before october right? being outdoor plants?
