What kind of deficiency do I have?

I have a few plants that are 3 weeks old and have droopy leaves and are light in color with new growth. I want some advice on what I can do to fix this problem, don't mind the burnt bottom leaves.(that's from my exhaust fan turning off causing heat burn)
After I took the picture I transplanted them from 1 gallon pots to 5 gallon pots hoping it would help.

Setup:
-4x4x6'7" Gorilla Tent
-1000w Solis Tek 6k bulb
-Solis Tek matrix digital ballast
-Sun system Evo reflector 8in
-8in hurricane fan
-Phresh filter
-FFOF + Happy frog mix + 30% perlite (soil mix)
-Fox farm nutes
(Big bloom/Grow big/Tiger bloom)

Plants:
3x Tangie Ghost Train
1x Blue OG
1x Super Shark
1x Andromina

Looks like you may be over watering a bit. The light (bright) green is just new growth. Nothing to be alarmed about. They look pretty healthy to me.
