What kind of training would you do?

Hello.

I have a plant that I kinda destroyed because of wrong lights. So iv germinated the seed and had it in soil used a cheap China light untill my "real" lamp was ordered and I tought it would take like 2-3 days untill I'd get the real light but it took 18 days since the seed poped out from the soil so it had wrong light the whole time and stretched ( maybe even got stunted).

As you see on the picture she's stretched and not bushy at all for being 18 days old.
She was about 20cm tall but iv cut the lowest leaves off (the round leaves) and buried her a bit more in the soil so now she's like 12cm.

Now my question is:

Now that I have the light, 125w 6500k what kind of training should I go for (if she isn't stunted) like topping fiming main-lining and so on?

Seed: dutch passion skunk nr 11 fem
The light is real 125w 6500k not an equivalent to 125w
Tent 60 x 60 x 60cm
Soil, no extra nutes used so far.
Lamp distance from the tops is about 25cm
Humidity about 60%

If I missed to add any extra info that's important please let me know. Hope someone will give me an answer:)

Well we are in the plant problem section so i will point out that you humidity is a tad high. :joint:
To answer your question though; youtube has some good videos these days on toping. I top to the hieght of yours or so but i prefer to let it go up six nodes and chop down to the third that way it gets good roots and you can use the top as clone. And from there you can main line or lst or top again or all of the above. Or super crop. And you can lollipop or train or use the lower shoots that come out for clones. If you start this way count up from the bottom three healthy nodes make sure you leave leafs an i don't count the first leaf nodes till they look like pot leafs.
Tmi?
Key words:
Lollipop
Monster crop
Super crop
Lst or low stress training
Main line
Topping
Cropping
Fiming
Just type in topping techniques to you tube

Thanks for the answer
I think tho that u missed the part where I mentioned that she already is 18 days old and this tiny :p
I don't know if I should wait for her till she gets 6 nodes and then top down to the 3th node. Won't that add up an extra 10 more days in the total veg stage? I mean. Untill I get to the wanting high of the plant I'll have to veg her like 2 months in total before switching. Ain't that a risk for the roots to get in some problems ?

That looks ok for 18 days . Maybe just give it one more node . I also like to have fat stems and more roots for biger buds supported by the plant but its not necessary to wait. I do veg for two months. some people bloom as soon as ten to 12 inches

Roots shouldn't have problems if you give them enough room. With Fabric pots supposedly you can use a 3 gal in place of a plastic 5 gal because it won't get root bound.

I have it right now in a 3 gal smart pot. Allright I'll think about the main-lining thing. I like how it looks and effects the plant and everything about it. But I'm unsure if she can take the level of stress since iv fucked it up with her the first 20 days :/
