what kind of yeild to expext

Hi guys, I have just cut and hung 3 plants and would like to know the yeild i should expect from a good grow. i have a 4X4X7 tent with a 400 watt hps. i put 4 plants at a time in for bloom. water every day, nutes,water,waternutes and so on. just trying to get an idea of what to expect from a good grow, which is what im going for ,the best grow possible. i'll give pics of before cut and after. and help much appreciated
