What plant disease is this?

What is your medium?
Agree with the above posters.........ppm's are way too high.
I really don't think it's a over fertilization. When your plants burn, they start at the tip of the leaf. Like this picture. These tend to start on the outer leaf sides and works it's way in like a deficiency.. correct me if I'm wrong. We water less and turned the humidity to 80%, showing improvment.... I appreciate everyones reply, thanks to all

Run off is 900 ppm, 5.9 ph.

I'm beginning to think it was a over watering issue as this coco substrates comes super dry and water logged after accepting water. It seems only the first batch of clones were affected due to over watering.

The new clones potted 3 days after haven't been affected because we stopped over watering. Only time will tell at this point
Pure coco is very difficult to over water. Coco mixed with perlite is damn near impossible to over water. Even when fully saturated there is more than enough oxygen present in the root mass. Unless you plopped a garden hose in each pot and just left them running I think it unlikely that they were over watered. I'd never say anything certain about a grow I haven't laid eyes on personally, but again, it seems unlikely.

one thing is you cut the fan blades in half there drying out the whole plant also if your leaching the nitrogen out and fertilizeing rule in growing in the most common 2 mistakes over fertilizeing and over watering i read this somewhere years ago, i did to but i learned from my mistakes its not hard to grow you just got to know what your doing i read books my first indoor grow book author George Cervantes with the Grow bulb on it, i read the orginal one and other grow book thats how i strarted my reading about indoor growing i grew a little before i read and if i offened anyone i applogise

are you talking about the yellowing in the tips of the leaves? i get that all the time in coco when my plants are nutrient deficient :) its a nutrient deficiency not a over fertilization but who knows im ditching coco and moving onto rockwool next grow.

what i am about too say i got it from coco for cannabis website along time ago:
if you are growing with coco coir and perlite your plants roots have enough oxygen when the medium is fully saturated so when the plant drinks 10% of water present in the coco you can water again.

with this being said if you water less you will have more nutrient deficiency problems in coco vs watering more often. trust me in coco with perlite DTW water more not less.....

and when my plant is mature in coco i give them 600 to 800ppm's of base fertilizer. like i will start with ro water and add my 2 part base until my water reaches around 600 or 800ppm.

Lower old fan leafs curling, then turning brown.
Temps ans humidity 80 degrees, 60 humidity
Using athena pro, bio root, rhizo blast.
Ppm @ 1200 ph @ 6.0
Starts healthy, problems starts at day 5-7
You might want to look up the symptoms of russet/hemp mite. See if anything looks familiar
