What should I add first to my water?

I've been reading all I can on Rock Nutrients but can't seem to find anything on mixing order of my nutrient solution.

I'm running Rock using a 2 site, 33 gallon RDWC system and RO water and have been for about a year now. I have been seeing some nutrient lock out showing up in clawed fan leaves and flower leaves. I've recently started mixing my nutrients & ph adjusters in a bucket before adding to the main system.

My question is, in what order should I add the nutrients to the mix bucket in order to make the most ph stable solution with the best availability of all nutrients for the plants. I run the following in my flower cycle;

Supercharge Root Tonic
Fusion Bloom
Cal-Mag
Drip Clean
Rock Resinator
Silica
Terpinator
PH adjust last

from listening to others it seems that you add your base nutrients first becasue the form the larges electrical bond with the water molecules. Kinda like throwing a boulder in whole before the sand. I'm assuming that the Fusion Bloom is considered my base nutrient, or is the Cal-Mag my base? Should any nutrient be last?
