What should I do?

I have 5 plants,4 of which I can't tell what gender they are.The one for sure female showed her gender awhole month ago.Can these plants be that far from each other as far as maturity? All are the same seed, all had same growing conditions. I think,the 4 I'm not sure about are hermaphrodites.They out grew there grow room. I need to do something with these plants. Any sugestions? Thanks.

You could always make some hash

Cut them down in height to a foot tall and throw them into flower.
