What should my plants look like after 3 1/2 weeks of 12/12?

Ok here is the deal... 3 1/2 weeks ago I turned my lights to 12/12 and the first week I used half veg and half bloom ferts so I don't know if I should be counting that as a flower week botanicare called it a transition week but anyway I have one plant that is in full blown flower but just so happens to be my shortest one. It has trichs and thick clusters of hairs on all of its branches. I have 4 more that have hairs out everywhere too but they are not as dense of clusters and those are way bigger plants and I have 1 that just shows a few hairs on bottom branches and I have 2 that are not showing anything on any branch but like these small little tiny hairs that look like preflowers. Also it seems like the plant is filling out the bottom branches first because they look better then all the tops as far as bud growth in concerned. I topped all my plants so they all have 12 shoots. They are all huge like almost 5 feet huge and some grew past my lights. All I want to know is if my plants look normal and if I need to try and bump my light up. The light is (2) 1000w hps on a mover and some plants are like 1" away but none of the leaves are bleached or burned they look just as healthy as all the other ones. Im asking that because it seems like all the areas about 2' away are flowering real good but all the sites right under the light don't seem to be flowering really good, whats up with that? Next question is does it take bigger plants longer to flower out like the short one I have? Is the plant diverting its energy from the ground up normal? And even though its not hot under the light should I try to bump it up and see if that helps to get the tops flowering like the bottoms? I don't understand it. Strain is white russian from serious seeds. Medium is hydroton and buckets are 5 gal DWC. Here is some pics and a video leave me your input please.

it could be heat stress... i would indeed raise the light a lil bit, so at least six inches above the plants, just to be safe. you could also do an 11/13 light cycle for a few days to give 'em a hormonal boost and speed up flowering. only other thing i could think is that light leaks delay flowering... if you're sure you don't have any light leaks then don't worry about it but it delay the cycle by weeks. oh and btw a large vs small plant should flower in the same time period. in this case, size doesn't matter

yo light bill must b expensive lol. Nice ass grow my nigga...313 ;)
Yeah it is lol it costs me 100 a month to run a 1000w plus the rest of the room in veg and like 175 a month to run the whole room during flower not counting the rest of the house... Dte ain't no joke... And 313 all day buddy you know what it is

Dude raise you light. Any stress, even unseen stress will hault flowering growth.
I did last night and then they grew into them again over night... so being that my light cant get no higher I had to tie down the tallest tops a little, its either that or cut them off and I dont really wanna do that... they ain't bent over that much though, just enough to be even with the rest of the canopy and sit about 4" under the light... btw my room has excellent cooling it doesn't even get hot under the lights believe it or not and they are on a mover. I think they will be ok... They did a lot last night... lots of new growth bud wise between last night and today... gotta love dwc!

Damn yea dte is kilin me! How much u yields from those massive plants?
I don't know but if I picked off all the little premature buds as of right now and put them all together it would be at least a pound so far we will see I am almost done with the 4th week of 12/12 and 3rd week of flower... the first week was a "transition week" with half veg and half bloom ferts so I am not counting that as a flower week.

would have made sense to do a scrog type grow or something. it sthe light that classes the flowering or the veg stages, not the ferts so you do need to count it. :-)
