What should we call openly growing marijuana in our homes?

I love opportunities to make up language and I think this is one. At least I haven't seen any labels for this so far. What I'm shooting for is a term similar to closet-grow to use to refer to someone growing marijuana openly in their home. Whether you consider that legal to do or not Colorado, my mind is trying to come up with a fun label for it and I'd love to hear some suggestions. My mind has only come up with fairly lame ideas like Colorado windowsill or Colorado counter-top... maybe just call it an open indoor grow...

Why hide behind a label, not sense, just call it what it is. My opinion, I think of names for our's in the basement. Like the lab, the cave grow, etc.

One reason to have a label is so that when I make a post about having a competition people will know what I'm talking about. So, the other day I'm poking about and I come across something called a party cup competition and I'm thinking there should be some kind of competition to see what we could do growing in our living rooms. I know a lot of people will think that's a stupid idea cause there's no way to grow good bud in your living room - but on the other side of that - I think anything worth doing, is worth doing badly.

I think it would be a lot of fun to get 20 people interested in growing Colorado windowsill. We bulk order 60 autoflower seeds and all get together to get stoned and split them up. We go home and grow our seeds and then get back together with our plants, (get stoned) and check them out and share our experience.

We refer to the plants that dad has growing in the basement as 'the project'. I explained to the kids that high CBD cannabis might actually be a cure for the brain tumor that fucking wreaked havoc on our family recently. So, dad is working on finding on cure.

"openly" in our home means in room behind a locked door. My grow room is just a big closet built by setting up a stud wall with blue drywall on both sides in an unused bedroom with a prehung door. Painted everything with mildew resistant paint, installed a 6" duct, filter, fan, removed carpet and painted the concrete floor, mylar foil on the walls, seal around the door. The wife has never seen or smelled weed, only 1 of the adult kids has ever seen the inside of the room and only 2 other living humans, so security and the risk of contamination are controlled. So openly growing is not really a good description. I like having the herb locked up, and it makes it possible for my wife to tolerate it. She gets that it helps with my medical situation and may actually save my life by inhibiting tumor growth, but she is from a background that teaches that drugs are the devil and weed is just like heroin, crack and meth. The propaganda about weed, the deliberate campaign of misinformation, paid for with our tax money, is infuriating. The prohibition needs to end and the mission of the cops/courts/jails brought into alignment with the Constitution. Openly in the future should be the row of cannabis trees growing in the front yard with their buds being displayed on the table at the county fair next to the pies and tomatoes.

I would love to get a couple cuts of very low THC and high CBD to make some seeds. A friend has severe back problems and smokes leaves all day because he says he gets too high.

If he could smoke low thc high cbd buds, he would be much better off.

I recently germinated a couple 303 Meltdown and an Otto, but they are still too small to takes cuts from. The Z-7 seems to be what you are looking for, or the Harlequin from the guy in the white Mercedes limo who is giving out cuts. I chatted with him about getting a cut and then he just sort of vanished, I think he is quite busy with his project.

Kind Love sold me some Lucy and Panacea, both high CBDs with pretty good pain control and lower stone. Bubba had a thread going with the 303 Snow Goddess he grew out and made into tincture, sounded like a successful project. I think the SG mother wound up at Treehouse in the Springs, not exactly sure, but the strain sounded like a good one for pain.

The high CBD cut you want is Tora Bora and I think DIMB has it, but you can get a clone from Natural Mystic in the springs. Something like 14% CBD / 7% THC I think. The S Goddess cut that I found is 8% THC / 8% CBD.... I've become quite partial to this cut. Nice pain relief without baking you too much. Especially good morning med IMO.
