What should you do if...?

Hey guys, so my seedlings have been sprouted for a few days and they're starting to grow up, but one seems to have not sprouted at all and another seems to have some material left from the shell stuck around what would be the leaves and it's keeping it from opening up and recieving light. I'm afraid it'll end up dying. What should I do?

It's really hard to get off. It's like a thin coating covering the leaves. If I pinch the material, I'll end up pinching the leaves. I did wet it though so maybe the leaves can push it off.
Happened to one of mine I wet it held the stem and plucked it off using my finger nail

Update: I actually plucked it off yesterday and now she looks beautiful. Although, the very tips of her round-ish looking leaves (not the jagged looking ones) are all white because that's the part that couldn't recieve light while it was stuck. But the plant did open up, hopefully it's just a minor defect.

It will be fine. The cotledons die off soon anyway
