what the cops will do

I don't know what happened to the IQ's of some of the posters on here but I find it disturbing that they cant remember the first rule, If it is illegal where you live then the first rule is. If you cant do the time don't do the crime.
I know there are lots of laws in this country and some of them suck if you dont like the laws where you live either change them or move to a place where what you want to do is legal.

SNAP!! Just snapped my fingers, all laws are now changed. If you are caught with less than a pound it is a felony, if caught having a pound or more, you are free to go. Oh shit!!! I better get to growing, I am already guilty of a felony under my own law.

cops all the way from oakland to hayward dont give a shit about weed. my friends and i actually got caught with a bong at a park last night around midnight and he just told us to leave. ive been in a few encounters with cops in the past year and none of them have done anything.

alameda cops suck, though. dont run into them.

yea that I'm pretty sure is not the 1st rule... most of america it is illigal to grow in... but most people don't care... including law inforcement... their are however a few states that if I lived in would consider not growing on my property...
and yea... one pothead... can not change a law... unless they were realy rich... than they could... any rich potheads out their???? willing to cough up a few mill ???

That guy is a cousin of a good friend of mine. I have followed the case pretty closely. I don't really fault the initial actions taken by the faculty head as it seems almost natural given our history. However, the fact that school board policy and our undeniably failed attempt at a war on drugs trumps our bill of rights fucking sickens me. At least one justice got it right. How many more rights shall we lose at the hands of the uninformed and overzealous?
