No, i read the OP where he made zero reference to customs and every indications to attitude being responsible.

And from everything i've read on this forum and others, customs confiscate seeds, not go out of their way to crush them and send them on regardless.

I'll maintain my stance of bullshit.
Read some of the thread before u call bullshit. :wall:

post # 93 below shows a different member having the same problem with a different company. Seems plausible to me.

notice how the OP states "I suppose"

He is making a blind assumption iof we are to believe what we read. Nope, i'll maintain my stance :)

And personally, when i read a post from some user with barely a single post of the forum, such as #93, slagging off or promoting a certain seedbank, i ignore it as spam, because history has shown that on the whole it is exactly that, nothing more than a shill from a certain seedbank jumping on an opportunity to promote their own goals.

lol gonna place a order post the day i order the day i receive and the products bought (not the shipping) and the products when i receive them

just to calm all this attitude hype so i can intentionally prove the soundness of it all

I can vouch for Attitude in the US, but I think those having the problems are in Canada.
same for me.

it seems from reading the posts and looking at the pics that it is multiple seedbanks and always in canada. that being said, i wouldnt blame any of the seedbanks, but instead the canada customs people

That is fucked. I'd rather have them taken than destroyed and rubbed in my face. This truly turns my stomach.
I hear that brother. Exactly how I felt when I opened my package and found all those smashed seeds. I could understand if they simply confiscated them and sent me a letter. At least then I would have recourse and could recoup the seeds once I showed them my licence.

But nope, they gotta be spiteful little pricks. There isn't even any way for me to find out who opened the package, because they only slap the yellow inspection tape on the box and don't include any form, or explanation, or even an id number for the agent who officially inspected the package.

of course not. you'd be surprised how fast some peoples balls shrivel up when they know they may actually get held accountable for their actions.

Never had any problems with the Attitude personally (11 orders). This is clearly the customs people. While what happened is painful reading, not really fair to blame/expect the Attitude to be out of pocket for what the customs people did. Shouldn't the OP be writing a letter of complaint to customs regarding their handling of his property taking into account his licence?

in a perfect world, yes. but in this world, the USPS is federally funded and regulated and the federal level doesnt recognize the state laws that contradict with it's own laws. so in i mean, he could write customs and tell them he has a license, but they will sadly just laugh in his face :(

Exactly.

And I do hold attitude responsible for them getting my order to me intact. I paid extra for stealth shipping and guaranteed delivery. That should count for something. I could understand if I waived the guaranteed shipping option then I wouldn't have anything to bitch about. But if I pay them extra to ensure that I get my order intact, then that is what I expect.

You all would expect the same.

Lucky dude! Must have gotten a decent agent to inspect your package.

This is nice to hear, glad you didn't suffer the same fate as myself.
