What the F am I doing wrong, with pics

One plant is good and the other is looking pretty bad. I've added epson salt.

no expert but id say nutes to strong, flush them babies out with ph +/- rain water is great if you have it.

Nutes too high lower down to around 5/5ph flush all the shit thats in your soil out .feed on a lower nutes for a week or so and you will see a differance.i have seen worse alot worse.I FLUSH ONCE A WEEKAFTER WATCHING GREENHOUSE DVD AND ITS MADE ALL THE DIFFERANCE.
