appears to be early stages of Magnesium deficiency. Flush the plant to make sure nothing is building up that may have caused a lock-out, then add a little cal/mag (botanicare) to your nutes. somewhere between 2-5 ml/gallon

However, they are young. maybe too soon to tell, so dont jump the gun based on my advice, BUT if it does turn out to be a mag def, then take my advice, lol. Either way, FLUSH with plain de-chlorinated water

Ounces - teaspoons?

Hmm could be the lights because i had led going for three weeks and then added 600 watt mh. Then again nothing happened to the other three plants.

There you go. The others will follow suit they are just handling it better atm. Put them back under the small light till recovery then put the mh in started up higher if you can keep temps under 80. If you don't they wont recover, heat stress is damaging and sometimes they don't recover.

Just went and raised the lights higher.
Thanks guys for the help. I hope they bounce and will try to update once they recover.
