What the HELL?!?!?!

I thought I had heard of pretty much all of the grow mediums out there. I am a noob but what the hell is this jelly stuff? I have a friend who's buddy is growing in some kind of jelly grow medium. Anyone heard of this??

probably just for propagation id guess,sure ive heard of that

yeah i think that stuff is for cloning.. and its not really for commercial use. more for the looks.
anyone ever grow with.. sure to grow ???

I stuck cuttings in that stuff once; they never ever rooted even after a month.

Was a joke...

In the December issue of High Times there is an article about cloning using a cannabis tissue culture. They grow that in a jelly like substance. Maybe it's similar.
