im a bit....well alot, north of you, lolTitle says it all
but i plant inside around 4:20 (april 20th)
then outside 3-4 weeks later depending on the weather conditions. the earlier you get your plants established outside, the stronger theyll be, unless you put them in too early they will get damaged or frosted.

Depends on where you are at but after the last Frost Date for your area..you s/be good to grow !!
