What would a plot of land to grow on be worth?

Heres a question,

I was thinking about setting up secure fenced in plots for patients to grow on. water, electricity. storage, everything needed. enough room to grow six plants. Of course it would have to be a savy patient, someone that has some clue.

what do you all think it would be worth to a grower to rent this plot? forget that you dont need it or you never would. just what do you think what it would be worth per month for 5 months ? $300 $400 $500 ?

Legal state/Med state or otherwise

Im quessing otherwise or else you would have some serious legal issues, That said I think the security issue would make the project undoable

Town or county ??

Enough to cover your taxes on the property and put a little sum sum in your pocket maybe? As long as its in a med state and lockable I don't forsee any legal issues. I would find out though just to be on the safe side. I saw a video I believe on cnbc about people renting houses for exactly that purpose.

it would be a legal state of course. it would be all legit. security would be handled as best as possible. I would yhink if i am in a legal state there isnt much the town could do about it.

I would'nt think so, but would still want to know fer sure. Prison time is no joke not that I would know.

Why would you rent it though? Im from Canada but from what I've seen with your American economy you can probably find remote acreage for dirt cheap. You can probably get land in some parts of your country for 500 an acre bought rather than 500 a month rented. Plus if the guy you rent from isn't kosher with growing and found out he would call the cops legal or not.. Or he'd raid your shit or tax the living shit out of your crop

If this 'patient' (I fucking HATE calling pot smokers 'patients' - It feels so utterly disingenuous, insincere, WRONG!)
Anyways...As I was saying
If the person is so 'savvy' why are they going through a middle man (you) to get enough land to grow six plants???

And the more secure it looks - the more attention it will receive from professional rip off guys.

I think you're onto a loser
and I'm glad.

Any step that takes cannabis growing away from individuals doing it as a cottage industry is a step in the WRONG direction.
All the usual fuckers smelling cash and attempting to position themselves inbetween the farmer and the buyer
attempting to get a share of the cash that OTHERS earned....
I hate the capitalist inspired system where the lazy can piggyback the industrious.

WRONG
Many Colorado Towns have opted out of the cannabis gold rush.
A Town has the right to opt out (or in) of very many things.
And if a nice town thinks that fields of marijuana plants will encourage the wrong types turning up....
They'll pass town by-laws to prevent it.

I cannot imagine any State Senator or Governor FORCING a town to accept cannabis tolerance.
The national media will crucify him.

A GOOD IDEA
If you are interested in marijuana
and you want to make money....

DEAL WEED
It's been a highly lucrative venture for the last half century.

I hate the fact that working stiffs and empty suits are attempting to take away the weed business.
And it will not become less costly to the consumer.
The GOVERNMENT will so many taxes that it MAY BE MORE EXPENSIVE....

WEED
Keep it criminal.
Keep it honest.
