I have a few plants that are all about the same size. I have to move out of my current house in 2 months. Im thinking that i will just set up a more permanate grow room there. I was thinking that i might as well just start flowering these sence i dont want the hassel of moving large plants around in 2 months. What if anything would i get out of these plants. Ill be using 2 warm yellow flourescents to flower if i do.

heres pic of the height, its about 8 inches tall

Definitely give it a larger pot of soil, I would imagine that the growth has stopped or has been severely stunted from the roots not having space to grow in that cup. Tear that cup and put it into a larger pot that will drain well, and if your hoping to get more than a few joints out of that harvest keep growing them, I think they are far too small to flower yet.

Let them grow for another few weeks after you've moved them to a bigger pot and then change to 12/12 to flower. But keep on 24/0 or 18/6 for now.

They will continue to grow during flowering. I'd re-pot them, put them on 12 and 12 then hope they finish before I moved.
