i would buy land, then i would pay a contractor 10 grand to build a small room which holds the bed,kitchen,cabinets,bathroom and a very nice shower with water from all directions. the front room would have all windows so i can see out.

small acreage in the adk's. Right next to some state land. modest house with diy solar panels. A few small investments. Oh and a jeep, I would want a jeep with some off road tires.
