What would you do with this 6x6x7 room I built?

Hey guys, I am taking the plunge as recreational is now legal where im at. I built out this 6x6x7 grow room http://imgur.com/a/yD5th. I've been researching for the past couple months and I think i am heavily leaning toward a Coco DTW blumats under a SCROG net grow all under ample DIY COB LED lighting.

I turn to you, the pros, for questions regarding construction/design of the room itself! I have so far framed walls for the grow room.

1) What key things, as a first-timer, should I not forget to do while building this room? (electrical tips? carpentry tips? keeping in mind certain locations of certain things?)
2) how would you partition for flower, veg? 4x4 for flower 2x2 for veg?
3) insulation/wall material? im thinking about slapping up foam boards on the interior with reflective side showing. And maybe slapping some thin light plywood on the exterior (I live in southern cali). Thoughts?
4) Any suggestions or tips on how to best maximize this space efficiently?(optimize for quality and quantity?)

Any tips suggestions you can give will be GREATLY appreciated as i am a first-timer! I've done so much research but I just need to fill in these tiny holes im undecided on. Thanks in advance!

Personally I would cover everything in plastic. Lay down in the middle of the room. I would have 5 women stand over me in a line and start Trumping me (that's when you have the girls pee on you).

Do like u said. In a 4x4 I would just grow out 5 plants normally if it was my first time just to get a feel for everything. That will also give you a base line to compair yeilds to when you do start trying advanced techniques. Just calculate your amps and never max out the amps on a circuit, I would keep it at least 4 amps short of what the breaker can handle. Install AFCI outlets, they cost a lot but its piece of mind that your buying. Good luck
