So basically I work for a company, and its a great small time company that spent a lot of money into a new software that only I know how to run. I worked there for a while as the "Setup Guy" While I was working on other research in my field. NASA literally offered me an agreement to design "X" on vehicle "B" .
The company completely under utilizes me and maybe because i never spoke up. But now i have left them and am working on research i feel enjoyment about.
How do I break it off to them them??? I keep replying to emails that commit me to working for them when i really don't want too.
