4 Years ago, I started with an auto....Lowryder 2.....quick (60-65 days from seed).....As I only grow for myself, yeild wasn't an issue....it was more to do my 1st on a known stable and hardy strain. Mostly sativa, it surely fits the "soaring high" it adverts. It's become my main strains among the multiple strains I grow perpetually. Highly reccommend.

yea good strain thats what i used in my first grow but turned male doodgy seeds they said but got to a good size for an auto, cheers for that advice mate...

if you want to start off and have had no previous experience i would highly reccomend you to begin with bag seeds, that way if you do fuck up it wont be seeds that you have bought. and then when you get the hang of it go aheadh and get some feminized seeds.........

I bought some cheap seeds from nirvana and it worked out well. Blackjack and Chrystal.

Chrystal has a high leaf to bud ratio, but it's a decent buzz. Blackjack was a nice and mellow stone. Both of them did not really stink the place up, but I use cfl's.

Northern Lights. Very forgiving strain. Can take a lot of stress. Very stable. Potent smoke. Low smell during veg and flower. Easy to care for with beginners. I cut my teeth on that strain.

Ha! Saerimmner beat me to it. :p

nice one people like the sound of northern lights but i have just been givin a fem- blueberry & fem-cole train, i have heard that blueberry can be a bit sensitive and cole train i have never heard of, do any of you know the strain and whats the yeild like from blueberry?

There's a billion strains out there, so I'll just give you my general take...

Start out with something that's cheap, stable, tolerant to abuse, and worthwhile... That would in most cases mean a well reputed Indica plant of good heritage.

Look into some of the cheap Nirvana knock-off's.

And good luck!
