What's a good micro tea recipe?

Hey guys, what is a good micro tea recipe for veg and flowering per gallon of water? Also how often should I use them?

Kelp meal should have all the micro you need. I foliar spray with it once a week bubbled with ewc and a kiss of molasses.

Cool, so how much kelp meal and molassas per gallon of water? I figure a teaspoon of each maybe?

Yupp and a bit of EWC too. I use it for my clones when they get transplanted. That's how you start the party off right.

Outstanding.. so should I bubble it for about 24 hrs or just add it to it? Because I've read of both..

I always bubble mine for 24 hours. If you just use kelp meal you can stir it every once in awhile and soil drench or foliar. Never burned my plants with kelp with 1x a week.

Per gallon, Jah does:

[for bacterial dom:]
TBSP of evaporated cane juice crystals, 4 TBSP of EWC

[for fungal dom:]
TBSP of organic oats, ground up to flour, + handful of mycelium rich soil

Pretty much this right here, however if you want to take it up a notch look into a product called TM-7 by BioAG. It's great stuff and you only need to use 1/4 tsp or less of the stuff, just make sure you don't use it more than once a week.
