Whats best4 Auto plants. MH or HPS ??

since they suggest that a 20 hour light source is best for auto so i planned on keeping it in my bud<<...ahh i meant to say Vegg room of course, would a MH Blue that i have work better than a HPS MH super blue, im not a big fan of the dual light thing myshelf but if it would be best i would concider them

HPS, Bud production need the red/yellow light atleast at the end can do with a MH fist 2-3 weeks of flowering, its the Veggativ stages when it set leaf`s it needs the "blue" light the most and in the fist two weeks of flowering (the stretch)

thanks.. yep i understand its causing an issue with the 20 hour light the auto flower needs , i have a veg room (5' 5"W x 8' 10"L} with my MH Blue bulb and in my bud room {6' 6"W x 8' 10"L} i run 2 HPS dual Super Blues ,right now its ok becouse i just fired my room back up from scratch and there all in the veg room now.. but im trying to grow autos with regular short day plants that will require 12 hours of light when i force budding and i don't really want to run a dual MH/HPS or anything but the MH Blue in my veg room. hahhhh something too work out i guess, thanks again for the help on this
