And while that ploughman-eque platter looks good, that plastic cheese looks plain nasty! Just a nice mature unpasteurised 18 month cheddar for me with my pickle thank
I like the concept for the rugged approach. =PNo. lol Cheese curds, brown sauce, and greasy potato wedges. =P

traditionally i think it is cheese curd, but i think realistically it can be made with any cheees. In the UK it' just called cheesey chips with gravy and is a staple kabab shop item. I like mine with extra hummus

Ya and that sounds minimally palatable doesn't it? Mixing the two would be odd but not gag inducing right? French fries and cheese sauce, delicious. French fries and gravy, okay, I'm game. Mix the two, alright Ill give it a try, not enthusiastic but alright. Now Poutine....

I also like all the others besides the cream egg, just a very bad texture in my mouth, 2 sweet and gritty lol i like the mini eggs that are chocolate bar "not candy bar" flavoured ( ya in canada words like flavour and colour are spelt with a u, why not in the USA??) lol maybe crypt will answer that one lolYep, probably. And thank god we're not the only ones. Whenever chrome or such tells me it's meant to be spelt without the U i just want to headbut the computer, we made the fucking language ok! American english just annoys the hell out of me, don't get me started on using Z's for everything to make it lazier to say... or aluminium for that matter! fucking aluminum. Lazy fuckers

You do realize how confusing that statement was, right? Shit.
What exactly do you think is the difference between fries and british "chips"? I was always under the impression that "chips" in the UK were the equivlent to what americans call "french fries"... ie, deep fried chunks of potato in any variety of shape thick enough to still have an "inside".. (Chips, on the other hand, in America, are what I think you guys call "crisps"...)

I don't know why we don't use the u. My mom's like a master chef for our personal enjoyment. She never really worked as one, though she did do beautiful wedding cakes for years. My Grandparents on that side are both incredible cooks too.

Nope. In the UK, fries are fries, chips are chips, and crisps are crisps. Fries are like mcdonalds or most takeout, thin and long. Chips are big and chunky. Crisps are what you would call chips.

I've made both!! some restaurants offer crips, i luv the lattice crisps mmm
Home made chips are bomb!! mm sea salt is key
and a good deep fryer, also keep ur oil clean but old oil fries things better imo not sure why

I say that like it's the standard, that' just how i do it You will be hard pressed to find ANY respectable resteraunt in the UK which serves fries instead of chips. Fries are deemd cheap and shit and to be had from greasy fast food places, chips are deemed awesome.
And it is generally easier just to consider englsh as england. the whole of euroipe is a miraiad of languages, everything went everywhere, America doesn't undertand the meaning of war back in the odl days it seemed like it was a weekend pasttime to invade your neighbours We got invaded by some vikingy bastards up north, and 2 days later got invaded by some possbily french buggers in the south When i say i'm english and welsh, i am more than likely a cornicopia of various foreign bloods the way we all went at it not too long ago
