Try it with double fried frites (done in duck fat of course)

triple cooked duck fat chips nom nom nom, you ever hear of tom kerridge? fat cook more than a chef really, he uses an apple corer to make his chips gets about 2 or 3 per potato, triple fries em in duck fat.

i have had chilli bacon jam before its ace, they do a chorizo version too i'm hankering for.

Almost veggie bolognese, softened the onions n garlic with a good handful of chopped chorizo.

I've been thinking this myself ........He posted like crazy for about a yr.Then when riu was down said the site sucks,cussed at the world...lol....then a couple days later thanked everyone for their efforts in repairing the site.Then disappeared.

Well I've been trying to upload a couple other pics but it's not letting me.I know they're sized correctly...it maybe due to my crappy WiFi signal.....Anyway one was a nice ham I smoked on the pit and the other was my sausage biscuits with cheese I had for breakfast.
