Whats happened to my crop?

its about 13 days old it has 2 leaves going oppisite directions and 2 more coming from the middle and theres the other leave clover things at the bottom and one has been eaten thhe peaves have holes and the stem has been eaten to the extent that its not connected to the roots and itss all rotton im not sure what happened but this was all in 12 hours... when i went to bed.
