This is about the 1 1/2 week 2 week mark. A lot of my plants have like, rot or something on them. I was told it could b either the pH or nute burn. i havent been using nutes, and im awaiting my pH meter via ups. I am definetely going to take out 4 plants but im not sure which ones to keep due to their current state. One keeper is an obvious. but for the other ones i could use some help, as once again im not sure what the discoloration is. that, and they are kinda sad looking.. anyways tell me what you think happy tokin bongsmilie

Are you using r/o or distilled water. Both of those have 0 or close to 0 ppm. Once plants get a few sets of leaves, some need some help. Do you have any cal mag? 1/2 tsp per gallon may make them happy. I had the same problem, I'm using distilled water. GL

Here's a good guide you should read: https://www.rollitup.org/aerogardeners/222760-aerogarden-guide-new-improved.html

It looks like the aerogarden is on. Are the roots hitting the water? Once they hit the water you need to turn it off because the pump will cause problems like root rot. Looks like you have an airstone, how big is it? Also, cover the growing mediums with something because light can get right through them to the reservoir. Looks like some of the sponges already have something growing on them... not a good sign... Again, check out the guide and it should help you a ton.

I have a feeling that your plants are being suffocated by the pucks they are in.. they look like soil, which I think would retain too much water and drown the plant, kinda like being choked at the neck so you can't breathe. I think the larger plant is doing better probably because it can utilize the water that the soil has trapped better.. but the small ones can't handle it and are starting to die from overwatering.

You also need a lot more lighting. The AG hood is not nearly enough...
This would definitely help your problem too if I am right, because it needs more energy to uptake that water so it gets used faster = no overwatering. so yeah, adding more light will also really help and is pretty much necessary for healthier plants, unless you can get the light a lot closer
