Whats happening with the laws?!?!?!?!

hi everyone im a dg in ontario and i was just recently part of an explosion wich cause second degree burns to 30% of my body i was in a coma for a bit but im back at it now, i had heard all the news of laws changing and medicine having to be destroyed but now im hearing other things that the laws got thrown out in court can anyone fill me in on whats happened can i grow till my permits expire? can i carry as much weight? can i reapply when these permits run out whats the deal now. thanks ahead of time

ATP, pupl, DPPL essentially grandfathered until a constitutional Supreme Court challenge...date to be determined. If you were authorized by Sept. 30,2013, you carry on as usual with the exception that you can only be in possession of150g. Plant counts, stored amounts stay the same. Welcome back by the way.

thanks very much its good to be back i gotta start up again then but i cant really make it to my grow location anymore and there not allowing any changes of address or accepting new applications are they?

As far as we understand there are no changes allowed. I figure that because the government outted patients in November, if you wanted to move they really couldn't do anything because your security was jeopardized. However, having said that it may be advisable just to let HC know that you moved and that was the reason for it.

welcome back bigdaddy sorry to hear of your tough time but glad you made it back these have been some worried times but I think we will all be ok now thanks to John Conroy and his team
