I sure hope there are no vegetarians here :)

I've got 2 16oz ribeyes that have been marinating for 24 hours in worsteshire sauce just aching for a grilling. Then I got a 1lb cut of beautiful sirloin steak trimmed and cubed for kabobs on a 24 hour worsteshire marinade + 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts on a 24 hour marinade in italian dressing cubed for kabobs + pineapple chunks + green pepper cut into slices + mushrooms + jumbo shrimp all for the kabobs. All my veggies + shrimp are marinating in pineapple juice and balsamic vinagrettte. I'm tossing around the idea of picking up some sweet corn and wrapping it in some foil w/butter & salt for a little extra veggies and the prized guest of the evening is some top notch agent orange :) It is going to be one viscous BBQ my friends!

Football means BBQ around here. I started smoking a 4lb. brisket about 2.5 hrs ago and should be done around 7 tonight. Dry rub,shagbark- hickory/lump-charcoal combo. The garden will provide the side dishes-Squash casserole, smashed red potatoes with sour cream/butter, tender green beans cooked with ham, fresh corn and various appetizers for the nibblers. I haven't done the kabobs in a while but you gave me a great idea for next weekend. Sounds great!
