What's the perfect Curing Temperature?

Cool enough to slowly dry the bud but warm enough to stop mold............you have to add humidity to the equation.

You're right. It is a new room for me, haven't harvested....a few weeks..

I'll be using Boveda 62% after the initial dry time. Rh has been in the low 30's, assuming it stays that way, how long should the pre-cure dry take? I don't like risking mold, so I cut the buds down to thumb size nugs at the point of harvest. Dry, they weigh 2-3 grams.

My humidity is generally higher but I dry around 72 degrees for 7-8 days, then jar it all up and burb for maybe 10-14 days. Removing the stems like you do will shorten drying since they hold a lot of moisture too.
